Rupert Andrews has been creating pottery for over 40 years and has worked with a number of different techniques, plus exhibiting throughout the country.

The finish that you see now is a unique form of sealed Crackle Glaze that was discovered by Rupert some 20 years ago.

This glaze technique has evolved from years of studying it's reaction to my interpretation of art through the use of it.

The delicate relationship between glaze ingredients, it's thickness and 3 precision firings produce this functional artwork pottery.

After the 2nd firing the craze lines are filled and re-fired to a top temperature of 1200c. After the final firing what you are left with is the memory
